Sheet Metal Components
A wide variety of sheet metal components are utilized in engines, transmissions, axles, and bodies of farm equipment, tractors, earthmoving equipment, and farm equipment. These are produced using a variety of steel, stainless steel, copper, and brass grades, with a maximum thickness of 10 mm and a tonnage capacity of 200 tone presses. Our ability to design and manufacture the tooling for any form of sheet metal component is based on our in-house tool room facilities. Our expertise is in deep draw components and different kinds of metal shaping. For various types of welding and fabrication, there are on-site facilities.
There are flat pieces of sheet metal and coiled strips available. A roll slitter is used to cut a continuous sheet of metal into coils.
